  LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! my gym. The trainers are amazing and the classes are always challenging and fun at the same time. Crystal, Rob, Karen and Ashley are always friendly and welcoming and always very helpful.

  Nice staff. Pretty good equipment but I wish there was a pylo box or some sort of stool for me to do step ups on in the yoga room. There's also no stairmaster which is something I'd really like to see. The gym isn't very busy when there are no classes which is nice, and the members are all respectful and patient with regards to sharing equipment. I also wish the bathrooms, showers and water fountains were cleaned more thoroughly, they look dirty a lot of the time. So do the stools actually.

  The classes offered are offered at sensible times, and are very fun and effective. There is a lot of variety in that sense which I like.

  My husband and I are new to the area and this is one of the only options in town. We went in to see the gym and signup on a Thursday evening for memberships and get my husband a personal trainer, waited almost 30 minutes and left after no one was around. I came back the following day on a Friday afternoon, and the gym is locked and closed during posted hours they should be open (3pm). Decided to come back one last time Monday during staffed hours, came in at 9:30am, surprise, doors locked and gym closed again. A member was kind enough to let me in to look around, and I was definitely not impressed. The gym floors were dirty, weights and equipment all over, bathrooms were filthy with paper towels all over the floor and there were absolutely NO water fountains. The entire gym appears to only have 2 or 3 staff members, and no male's which was concerning as my husband was interested in personal training with a male trainer. As I was leaving I spoke to a member who said they are never open on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays but not sure where staff is that morning (false advertising much?), the owners are never around to fix anything and they are too expensive for being the only gym in a small town (guess that's why you can charge $50/month for no service).

  I am surprised this gym is still in business from the looks of it. Not sure how there are so many positive reviews for this gym. My husband and I have decided we would rather drive 20 minutes to Barrie, than ever give this gym or owners our money and business if they don't even seem to know how to run a business. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Better off going to Barrie.

  Love this gym. Great staff, atmosphere and location. Super friendly and always available to help whenever you need it. Come check it out! Much cleaner and nicer than other locations I have been too. Top marks from me!

  For me this is has been one of the best investments of time and money. I love the gym, the staff and the members. Everyone has been friendly and supportive, it's always been a very fun place to go and workout.
